9. A National Park authority must, if so requested by the Secretary of State, immediately send or give to Natural England and the council for every relevant principal area a copy of any report, return or information which that authority is required to send or give to the Secretary of State in accordance with section 230 (reports and returns) of the 1972 Act(1).
Section 230 was amended by paragraph 26 of Schedule 14 to the Local Government Act 1985 (c.51). (There are other amendments which are not relevant to this Order). It applies to a National Park authority by virtue of paragraph 17(2)(c) of Schedule 7 to the 1995 Act.
