Amendment of the ESO Regulations (Regulation 26)

31.—(1) Regulation 26 of the ESO Regulations is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)after “under these Regulations” insert “or the Excluded Electricity Regulations”; and
(b)after “regulation 27” insert “of these Regulations”.
