The Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 is amended as follows.

In section 85 (breach of requirement for, or conditions of, a licence), in subsection (4)(a), for “a fine not exceeding £50,000” substitute “a fine”.

In section 92 (further provision as to enforcement notices), in subsection (4)(a), for “a fine not exceeding £50,000” substitute “a fine”.

In section 103 (further provision as to stop notices), in subsection (4)(a), for “a fine not exceeding £50,000” substitute “a fine”.

In section 105 (further provision as to emergency safety notices), in subsection (4)(a), for “a fine not exceeding £50,000” substitute “a fine”.
