Amendment of the Warm Home Discount Regulations 2011

10.  In regulation 14—

(a) in paragraph (1) for “3 and 4” substitute “3, 4 and 5”,

(b) after paragraph (3)(b)(i) omit “or”,

(c) after paragraph (3)(b)(ii) insert—

“(iii) scheme year 5, 5% of S_t-1, if the amount determined under sub-paragraph (a) is greater than 5% of S_t-1.”,

(d) in paragraph (4), for “and 4” substitute “, 4 and 5”.
