In regulation 4(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications, Deemed Applications, Requests and Site Visits) (England) Regulations 2012 (exceptions-access and facilities for disabled persons)44—

in sub-paragraph (a), omit “or”;

b

at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert—

or

c

a person who is aged 18 or over and has a disability within the meaning given by section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 (disability).
