Section 289 of the principal Act (appeals to the High Court relating to enforcement notices etc.) applies but as if—
a
in subsections (1), (4A) and (5A) for “an enforcement notice” in each place where it occurs there were substituted “
a hazardous substances contravention notice
”
and in subsections (1) and (4A) for “local planning authority” in each place where it occurs there were substituted “
hazardous substances authority
”
;
b
subsections (2) and (4B) were omitted.
