1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2015.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013;
“FSMA” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(1).
