Appeals to the Crown Court26
A person who is aggrieved by -
a
the decision of a magistrates’ court to dismiss an appeal to it under regulation 12(1) or 25(1); or
b
any decision of such a court to make a feed business prohibition order or a feed business emergency prohibition order,
may appeal to the Crown Court.
