The National Health Service Pension Scheme (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2015

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Secretary of State for Health makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2)(e), 2(1) and 3(1), (2), (3)(a) and (4) of the Public Service Pensions Act 20131.
In accordance with section 21 of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the representatives of such persons as appear to the Secretary of State likely to be affected by these Regulations.
In accordance with section 3(5) of that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.
Pursuant to section 24(1) and (3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
