The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(2) and (3) of, and paragraph 4(1), (3)(a) and (4) of Schedule 1 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2012(1), makes the following Regulations:
In accordance with section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, the Secretary of State has referred the proposals for these Regulations to the Social Security Advisory Committee.
