3. In paragraph 23 of the Schedule to the Legal Aid (Information about Financial Resources) Regulations 2013(1), after “regulations made under” insert “section 17A of the Children Act 1989(2), section 49(3) of the Children and Families Act 2014 (personal budgets and direct payments)(3),”.
