The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 61G, 61I and 333(2A) of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4B to, the Town and Country Planning Act 19901, and sections 38A and 122 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 20042, makes the following Regulations:
