22. In regulation 2(3) (modification of Part II of the Contributions and Benefits Act) of the Social Security (Inherited SERPS) Regulations 2001(1)—
(a)omit sub-paragraph (b);
(b)in sub-paragraph (e) for the words in parentheses, substitute “Category B retirement pension for widows, widowers and surviving civil partners who attained pensionable age before 6th April 2010”(2).
