Citation, commencement and amendment U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Waste Batteries and Accumulators (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st January 2016.

(2) The Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009(1) are amended in accordance with regulations 2 to 10.
