1. This Order may be cited as the General Osteopathic Council (Constitution) (Amendment) Order 2015 and comes into force on 18th December 2015.
2.—(1) The General Osteopathic Council (Constitution) Order 2009(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 (composition of the General Council), for “7” (twice) substitute “5”.
(3) In article 11 (quorum of the General Council), for “8” substitute “6”.
3. The person who was chair of the General Council immediately before the coming into force of this Order shall, subject to article 3 of the General Osteopathic Council (Constitution) Order 2009(2), continue as chair of the General Council as constituted in accordance with this Order.
