4. Notwithstanding the 1989 Scheme, a section of the connecting road (M32 southbound entry slip road) starting at a point on the slip road 19 metres south of the southern edge of the circulatory carriageway of the A4174 Hambrook Interchange roundabout and forming a 3.2 metre wide strip north west to south east across the slip road, (indicated by reference letter A on the plan) shall cease to be special road but will remain trunk road(1).
