In regulation 2 of the National Health Service (Clinical Commissioning Groups – Disapplication of Responsibility Regulations 2013 M1 (persons for whom a CCG does not have responsibility in relation to its duty to commission services), for “paragraph 16 of Schedule 6 to the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2004” in paragraph (4)(a), substitute “ paragraph 20 of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015 ”.
