4.  The following instruments are revoked so far as they extend to England and Wales—

(a) the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (References to Financial Investigators) Order 2009(1);

(b) the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (References to Financial Investigators) (Amendment) Order 2009(2).
