11. For paragraph (11)(b) of regulation 80, substitute—
“(b)for any other reason (and in particular in consequence of paragraph 8(1) or 8(5) of Schedule 5, paragraph 5 or 10 of Schedule 6, or paragraph 6 or 11 of Schedule 6A).”.
