The Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2015
Made
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(2) of the Crime and Courts Act 20131.
Citation and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2015.

In this Order, “the Act” means the Crime and Courts Act 2013.
Provisions coming into force on 3rd November 20152
The following provisions of the Act come into force on 3rd November 2015—
a
section 41 (meaning of “relevant publisher”) and Schedule 15 (exclusions from definition of “relevant publisher”), for the purposes of sections 34 to 39 of the Act; and
b
section 42 (other interpretative provisions), for the purposes of sections 34 to 39 and 41 of the Act.
