National Health Service (Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition) (No. 2) Regulations 2013

21.  In regulations 13(3) and 17 of the National Health Service (Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition) (No. 2) Regulations 2013(1) (and the corresponding entries in the table of contents for those Regulations) for “Public Contracts Regulations 2006”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Public Contracts Regulations 2015”.
