3. Any judgment, order, warrant, direction or other act of a county court before 22nd April 2014 (except one in relation to proceedings under jurisdiction transferred to the family court established under section 31A of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984(1)) is to have the same effect on and after that date as if it had been a judgment, direction, order or other act of the county court established under section A1 of the County Courts Act 1984(2).
