Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967

26.  In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc subject to investigation)(1), omit the entries for “Competition Commission” and “Office of Fair Trading”.

1967 c. 13. Schedule 2 was substituted by S.I. 2011/2986 and an entry for “Competition and Markets Authority” is inserted by Schedule 4 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013. There are other amendments to Schedule 2 not relevant to this Order.
