Responsibility for paying the fee for the arrangement of a citizenship ceremony4

The fee specified in fee 10.4.1 in Table 10 for the arrangement of a citizenship ceremony is payable by the person who is required by section 42 of the 1981 Act60 to make a citizenship oath and pledge at a citizenship ceremony.

Where the fee for the arrangement of a citizenship ceremony is not paid in accordance with sub-paragraph (1), the Secretary of State will not consider any related application for registration or naturalisation made by the person responsible for paying that fee.
