Citation, commencement and extent E+W

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) (Jurisdiction and Recognition of Judgments) Regulations 2014 and shall come into force on 13th March 2014.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales only.
