MINISTERS OF THE CROWN

This Order in Council is made under section 1 of the Ministers of the Crown Act 1975. Article 2(2) of the Order makes provision for the functions of the Secretary of State (currently exercised by the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills) relating to the pension scheme established under section 17 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) to be exercisable concurrently with the Minister for the Civil Service.
