1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (England) Regulations 2014;
(b)apply in England; and
(c)come into force on 6th April 2014.
2. For the purposes of Part 3 of the Clean Air Act 1993, the following are authorised fuels—
(a)anthracite;
(b)semi-anthracite;
(c)electricity;
(d)gas;
(e)low volatile steam coals; and
(f)the fuels described in the Schedule.
3. The Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2013(1) are revoked.
