Infrastructure Planning (Interested Parties) Regulations 2010

199.  In the Table in the Schedule to the Infrastructure Planning (Interested Parties) Regulations 2010(1) (persons who are statutory parties for the purposes of section 102 of the Planning Act 2008) after the entry applicable to “The Health and Safety Executive” insert—

“The Office for Nuclear Regulation

All proposed provisions likely to affect matters relevant to the ONR’s purposes within the meaning of Part 3 of the Energy Act 2013 (see section 67 of that Act).”.
