Amendments to the Teachers’ Pensions Regulations 2010

4.  In regulation 9 (election for employment not to be pensionable)—

(a) in paragraph (4) substitute “earlier” with “earliest”.

(b) after sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (4) insert—

“; and

(c) a subsequent fair deal transfer date in relation to service in the employment.”.
