114. In section 77 (discontinuance and suspension of listing)(1), after subsection (3) insert—
“(3A) If securities have been suspended by the Bank of England under section 19, 39B or 48L of the Banking Act 2009(2), the FCA may, following consultation with the Bank of England, cancel the suspension.”.
Section 77 was amended by section 16 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (c.21), and SI 2007/1973.
2009 c.1. Section 39B is inserted by article 39 of this Order and section 48L was inserted by paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (c.33).
