11. The Regulations specified in Schedule 4 to these Regulations are revoked(1).
The regulations specified in Schedule 4 were all made under legislation which was repealed and re-enacted by the Clean Air Act 1993, and so had effect as if they were made under the Clean Air Act 1993 by virtue of section 17 of the Interpretation Act 1978 (c. 30).
