Commencement of section 161

2.  Section 161 (extension of Part 6 to claims management services) of the 2007 Act comes into force as follows—

(a) subsection (3) comes into force on 20th January 2015; and

(b) subsections (1), (2) and (4) come into force on 28th January 2015.
