Schedule 2 (exempt facilities: general)

12.  In Schedule 2, in paragraph 5—

(a) omit the “or” after sub-paragraph (b)(i);

(b) for the “and” after sub-paragraph (b)(ii) substitute “or”;

(c) after sub-paragraph (b)(ii) insert—

“(iii) paragraph 4 of Part 3 of that Schedule, the operator is registered in relation to the activity; and”.
