2.  Section 72(4) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 20 to, the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (consequential provision) so far as relating to the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012(1) come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
