1. The movement of a bovine animal direct to—
(a)slaughter;
(b)a market from which all animals go direct to slaughter;
(c)an exempt finishing unit;
(d)an exempt market;
(e)an approved collecting centre;
(f)an approved finishing unit except those operating in an area that is subject to routine testing for tuberculosis less frequently than biennially.
