The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 2014

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st October 2014.

Amendment of Regulations

2.  The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) Regulations 1988(1) are amended as follows.

Manner of making application for first examinations or periodical tests, and fees

3.  In paragraph (3) of regulation 12, for the Table substitute—

6.  In regulation 34—

(1) Omit paragraph (2A).

(2) In paragraph (2), omit the words “Subject to paragraph (2A),”.

(3) In paragraph (3), omit the words “or (2A)”.
