1. This Order may be cited as the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2014.
2. 25th July 2014 is the appointed day for the coming into force of sections 125 to 128, 129 and 131 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002(4).

This Order is the twelfth Commencement Order made under the Adoption and Children Act 2002.
Article 2 brings into force on 25th July 2014 sections 125 to 128, 129 and 131 of that Act.
These sections provide for the establishment and maintenance of the Adoption and Children Act Register and extend to England and Wales.
(This note is not part of the Order)
