S.I. 1999/747 is revoked on 13th December 2018 by entry 3 of the table in Part 2 of Schedule 6 to these Regulations to the extent that it is not already revoked on 13th December 2014 by entry 4 of the table in Part 1 of that Schedule; there are other instruments amending S.I. 1999/747 but none is relevant.
