Amendments to the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012 U.K.

4.—(1) The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 23, for paragraph (b)(iii) substitute—

“(iii) complied with regulation 18 (information identifying EEE and   manufacturer).”

(3) In regulation 23, delete paragraph (b)(iv).
