Amendment of the No. 11 Order

5.  With effect from 30th June 2014, the No. 11 Order is amended as follows—

(a) in article 2(1) (interpretation)(1), in the definition of “gateway conditions” for “referred to” substitute “specified”;

(b) in article 3(3) (day appointed for commencement of the universal credit provisions in Part 1 of the Act), omit “or treated as made”; and

(c) in article 4(5)(a) (day appointed for the abolition of income-related employment and support allowance and income-based jobseeker’s allowance)(2), for “or (b)” substitute “or (b)(i)”.
