Transitional provisions for provisions coming into force on 1st December 201412
The amendments made by paragraphs 40 and 53(3) and (5) in Schedule 7 to the 2014 Act do not have effect in relation to—
a
children whose expected week of birth ends on or before 4th April 2015;
b
children placed for adoption on or before 4th April 2015.
