The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2011(1):
1. This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2011 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2014.
2. In this Order “the Act” means the Armed Forces Act 2011.
3. Section 4 of the Act comes into force on 4th June 2014.

This Order brings into force section 4 of the Armed Forces Act 2011 (c. 18) on 4th June 2014.
