The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) of the Armed Forces Act 20111:
Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2011 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2014.

In this Order “the Act” means the Armed Forces Act 2011.
Commencement3
Section 4 of the Act comes into force on 4th June 2014.

The following provisions of the Armed Forces Act 2011 (c. 18) have been brought into force by commencement order made before the date of this Order:
