Portsmouth City Council has applied in accordance with section 14(2)(a) of the Harbours Act 19641 for a harbour revision order under section 14.
The Secretary of State, as the appropriate Minister for the purposes of that section, has by an Order2 under section 42A3 delegated the functions of the appropriate Minister under section 144 to the Marine Management Organisation5.
The Marine Management Organisation, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1), (2A) and (3) makes the following Order.
