The Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2007 is modified as follows.

In article 2 (interpretation)—

omit sub-paragraph (b); and

in sub-paragraph (c) for “the Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland” substitute “the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner”231.
