The Supreme Court Order 2009113 is amended as follows.

In Schedule 2 (remissions and part remissions) (interpretation) in paragraph 1(1), in the definition of “excluded benefits”—
a
omit “and” at the end of paragraph (g); and
b
after paragraph (h) insert—
and

armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011;
