2. The following provisions of the Pensions Act 2011 come into force on 13th March 2013—
(a)section 22 (Pension Protection Fund) in so far as it is not already in force; and
(b)the following paragraphs of Schedule 4 (Pension Protection Fund)—
(i)paragraph 1 (introductory provision for amendments to the Pensions Act 2004(1)) in so far as it is not already in force;
(ii)paragraphs 21 to 28 (postponement of compensation); and
(iii)paragraphs 29 to 36 (pension compensation sharing: postponement of compensation).
