SCHEDULE 9 U.K. Amendments of the Friendly Societies Act 1992

31.  For section 77(1)(a) (information on appointed actuary to be annexed to balance sheet), substitute— U.K.

“(a) is furnished under section 78 to the FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA;

(aa) is furnished to either the FCA or the PRA at its request;”.
