23.—(1) Section 63A(1) (disclosure of information) is amended as follows.
(2) For subsection (1)(b)(i), substitute—
“(i)the FCA;
(ia)the PRA;”.
(3) In subsections (1)(b)(ii) and (iii) and (2)(b), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.
