20.—(1) Section 58A(1) (notices, hearings and appeals) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.

(3) In subsection (8)(d), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or PRA”.
